Hi there,My name is [EDIT] and registered myself at Casillion under the nickname of [EDIT] and I registered with this email ; [EDIT]I should not have been able to register as this casino as they have no jurisdiction in the U.K. they have absolutely no licence to operate within this country - so say all of the casino websites. But the issue very clearly lies with the fact that they allowed me to register, deposit and play unlawfully and when I asked to close my account under self-exclusion they still let me reopen the account even though I have sent an email saying I was vulnerable gambler.I am asking politely to help me to get a full refund as I should not have been allowed to join this casino! It's really quite simple. I registered to n1casino an collect first deposit bonus (100€ deposit and 100€ bonusmoney) after wagering (50x bonus = 5000€) i got 403€ which i tried to withdraw.Then problems started casino sended me email that the withdrawal is declined "ask more in chat" of course i go to the chat and ask what is this?They said i have violated their terms and conditions, exact "i have used multiple accounts to get bonuses.I asked in the chat to her to tell me how is that possible because i just registered and at the first deposit i won that money so it couldnt be this account.I tried to ask tell me what is the other accounts i have "used" and of course she said something circulated, because this didnt happen.So if you can help me with this?I think here is misunderstanding or they just dont want to pay me because i won with their bonus and with the first deposit.
